Pakubuwono Signature

This new 42 story tower is located in the Kebaroyan Baru area of South Jakarta and is known at the Pakubuwono Signature. The development will be a ‘super luxurious’ range of residences that will supplement the success of the recently completed Pakubuwono Residence. The target resident for the new development will be discriminating and will expect and appreciate the limited edition, very exclusive range of apartments that will be at a luxury level above the current options available in the Jakarta market. The design team includes Landscape Architect Karl Princic of Bali and the Singapore office of HBA.
