Pakubuwono Residence

Located in the Kebayron Baru area of Jakarta, the Pakubuwono Residences set a new standard for luxury living. The development (to be completed in 2006) consists of 5 towers that contain a total of 639 condominium units, including 16 townhomes, 13 junior penthouses and 10 executive penthouses with private rooftop pool terraces. The architecture follows the Art Deco style, which was once the prevalent design style in the region.
